Rovo prompts in Confluence do not seem to return

Hello all; I am new to Confluence, which I have been enjoying thoroughly so far. Rovo prompts, however, do not seem to return. A simple prompt like "Write a single paragraph about George Washington" doesn't complete. It gets to "almost done," but does not finish. 

Any advice on how to debug is appreciated.

I just asked the same and it create a page for me, so could be a glitch in your instance.

Best action is to try again, maybe clear your cache and cookies.

Sorry to hear that. Is this something that just started happening, or has it been going on for some time? Also, are other users experiencing the same thing, or does it appear to be tied to your profile?

This is definitelly not expected, and I'd say to monitor Rovo Statuspage, but there isn't anything around that.

What you could do is reach out to Atlassian Support and create a ticket related to it. 🎟️
