I was under the impression that Rovo can create a whiteboard in Confluence. It is saying it doesn't have an account with access. How do I rectify that?
Are you on Confluence with a paid license or as a Guest? Are you able to use and interact with Rovo in other cases?
Rovo requires you to be on a paid license (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
I was able to create a whiteboard with Rovo just yesterday, so it is definitely working.
Hi @Jessica Rodrigues ,
To quickly chime in here - here's the official learning lesson specifically related to this creation experience: Create, share, and refine diagrams with Rovo 📚
Can you maybe explain the workflow/use case where this doesn't work? Any screenshots would probably be helpful in this case.
Cheers,
Tobi
