I created an agent and selected a specific workspace as its "knowledge base." In its instructions, I clearly stated that it should never provide information outside of this knowledge base. However, it is not behaving accordingly. Depending on the user, the agent consistently pulls information from outside its designated knowledge base, referencing other workspaces as well as Jira projects—completely disregarding the defined instructions. Could someone assist me in resolving this issue?
@Lucas Oliveira welcome to the Atlassian community
"It’s important to remember all agents will have default knowledge, which is essentially everything the user who’s interacting with the agent has access to at the time they’re using it."
This means that even though you limited the agent's knowledge source the agent will always have access to the default knowledge.
I'm unable to create my own agent using Rovo. The option to create an agent is not working for me. Could you please check if I have the required permissions or if there's an issue with my access?
Can any one help me
