Hello Folks,
I am using a macro on confluence which is Risk Register, Risk Management for Confluence & Jira and it is installed and added already in my confluence. See screenshot below.
When I am using it (by giving a slash / and I get the popup as well) I am getting an error saying "Please install Risk Register for Jira Cloud on Jira". See the screenshots below.
But I have already added and installed in my Jira. See the screenshot below.
Just an FYI, When I go to Jira Dashboard>>Edit>>Add Gadgets, I don't see the Risk Register for Jira. See the screenshot.
Can someone please help me and advise how do I use Risk Register on Confluence and Jira?
Hi @HQRAZAHS , thanks for your post.
Have you created any Risk Registers yet in Jira? Maybe that is the problem, that you can't refer to a register that doesn't exist yet.
Please check out the product documentation for the plugin here - https://bojaprod.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ARM/pages/1001783386/Getting+Started
If you are still having trouble, you can also open a ticket to the vendor to ask for help - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223298/risk-register-risk-management-for-jira-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=support
Best wishes
Thanks @Valerie Knapp . Let me check that up. And yes, I have not created any Risk Register on Jira yet.
