Retrieve an old Confluence

Is there any chance to retrieve an old Confluence ?

When was the last time you accessed the data?

Was your subscription deactivated due to inactivity? Or did you actively cancel the subscription?

If the subscription was deactivated Atlassian hold on to the data for a limited time. If it has been more than 60 days it is highly unlikely that the data is still available. I have also seen the retention period be as short as 15 days.

It was due to inactivity. It has been around 60 days....

Hello @Pierre Hoffmann

You should raise that directly with Atlassian. But one thing to keep in mind: keep your expectations low. Especially for Free accounts, Atlassian usually keeps data only for a relatively short time after deactivation.
