We hastily submitted a cancellation but quickly determined we wanted to keep Confluence. I am finding no way to resolve this without submitting a support ticket which I have done but have no resolution to yet and we are set to lose our data tomorrow. I feel that I have scoured all of the account management options but am not seeing any other way to accomplish this.
Has anyone gone through this before and/or know how to?
