Hi,
We have created various articles in Knowledgebase. We want to be able to share these articles with some users that do not have logins. However we don't want to give them free reign of all articles only the articles we share the links with.
Is there a way for us to share specific article links to allow users without logins (public) to only view those articles and not all of them?
Hope this makes sense.
Mark K
Hi @Mark King ,
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
My suggestion is to create twom differents section in your space (public and private).
Public section could be open to all and you can put there all open articles. Private section could be restricted to users with an account. Please keep in mind that restriction should be applied just to the first page of that path.
This should match your requirement.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hello @Mark King ! Welcome to the Atlassian community!
What I typically do is set up multiple Confluence knowledgebase spaces. One has permissions set to public, that's for the customers and where you want your articles. The other knowledgebase space is restricted for the other articles.
Here's some documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-who-can-view-spaces-from-confluence-server-sites/

Hi @Mark King and welcome to the community,
On your space you have created as a knowledge base, you can impose page restrictions to the pages you don't want to be visible from customers. The documentation can be found here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/restrict-access-to-knowledge-base-articles/
