Hi,
When adding knowledge base articles on the portal via categories, even when we set an except on the confluence page the link just pulls in any text until it hits the character count.
This makes it difficult for users to read the context of the page, is there anyway to resolve this or workaround?

@andrew_pass There is no way to change this. I would suggest creating a standard when you create the KB that you have an excerpt like you specified at the top of the page and have it meet the character limit. That is what we do with our KBs and it works well.
