Is it posible to create users and passwords for externals without having to add a license for each of these users?
Background
I would like to use Confluence as a knowledgebase for our distribution partners globally without making the content public for all.
They will only be consumers of content and posibly have the option to comment if posible.
I am pretty sure I found information on topic this before, however now I cant find it.
