Restore from backup Confluence on new cloud gets errors

I am trying to transfer cloud confluence with one organization to another when unpacking an archive, an error occurs. What the heck? I am making a backup in the cloud and trying to deploy it to another cloud. And at the same time errors occur, which cannot be seen anywhere. What to do ?

It is also impossible to find support for atalssians, to write, too, links to support lead in a circle. Disgusting service.
