Resource levelling in Gantt chart view

Hi,

I have a structure with multiple projects which have multiple issue types. 

Each of the issue type have assginee name. I want to generate a Gantt chart view with resource levelling. 

When I chose option 'Resource Levelling', I 'm not getting any option to chose resources.

I'm getting below message 'Resource Leveling can't be performed. Resources have not been configured or assigned.'.

Appreciate any help here.

Hello @sarathgd ,

In order to use resource leveling, you must first define the value to be used as a resource in the Gantt Configuration.

The linked documentation will outline exactly how to do this.
