Hello! Thanks for the speedy reply. Yes, that was my first guess at trying to solve this error. In incognito mode the same thing occurred. I also tried in FireFox and instead of the message with a grey box and sad face icon, it was just a blank box.
I also see confluence.mycompany.com's server IP address found not be found.
Any help or guidance to resolve would be great. We're trying to support our Confluence site via iFrame on another platform. We've whitelisted the Atlassian domain with the platform but cannot get the iFrame to load correctly.
