Request to permanently delete my apps, organizations, and finally Atlassian account.

Hi, Community Manager.

Recently, I started using the free version of Jira to see if it fits my needs. While Jira is definitely powerful, unfortunately, it's a bit too complex for my personal use.

I tried to delete both my Jira and Atlassian accounts, but I'm having some trouble figuring out how to do it on the platform. I've already read the FAQs on deleting accounts, but they weren't very helpful in my case.

Could you please delete my Atlassian account for me, or provide a simple step-by-step guide on how to do it?

Welcome to the Atlassian community. This is a user community where Atlassian product users help other users. As such we don't have access to your account to help you directly. We can provide advice though.

The general steps are:

• Cancel you product subscriptions
• When the cancellations has been fully processed remove all users from your organization
• Delete your organization
• Delete your Atlassian Cloud user account.

Note that it can take some time for Atlassian to process your subscription cancellation requests.
