Hello Atlassian Support Team,
I am trying to permanently delete my Atlassian account, but I am unable to do so because of the following error:
“User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements and non-cancelled subscriptions.”
I have checked my billing and subscriptions pages, but I cannot find any option to cancel or deactivate the subscription(s), and there is no visible way for me to manage or remove them.
Please help me with the following:
I want to fully close my Atlassian account and stop all billing associated with it.
Thank you.
Regards,

Hi, @UV Sandesh
The error message tells you exactly what's blocking the deletion: you're the last billing admin on an account that still has active subscriptions. You need to cancel those before the account deletion will go through.
Here's the basic sequence to work through:
Find and cancel the subscriptions
1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and sign in with uvtech.java04@gmail.com.
2. If you see multiple sites/organizations, check each one.
3. For each site: go to Billing -> Manage subscription.
4. For every product listed, click the ... menu next to it and select Cancel subscription. Confirm when prompted.
Then delete the account
Once all subscriptions are cancelled and there are no active entitlements, go to id.atlassian.com - Account preferences -> Delete account. The blocking error should be gone.
Since this is a community forum and not Atlassian's support channel, you'll need to raise the support ticket yourself at support.atlassian.com if the self-serve cancellation isn't showing up. The community can't access your account details.
