Request to Reactivate Suspended Free Site - cimiko.atlassian.net

Hello Atlassian Team,

My Free Cloud site has been suspended due to 120 days of inactivity. I am the Site Admin and I am unable to reactivate it via the support portal because I am on the Free plan and the form redirects me to self-service options that do not work.

Could you please help me reactivate my site? Here are my details:

  • Site URL: cimiko.atlassian.net

  • Request ID (from error page): b3fc8c6554904ae9a23221a56de0f153

  • SENs associated with the site: > * E-3Z8-NXV-5J4-49D

    • E-3Z8-NY3-D8X-URR

    • E-44F-HMM-DQS-REF

    • E-44F-HMM-DQJ-CXS
