Hello Atlassian Team,
My Free Cloud site has been suspended due to 120 days of inactivity. I am the Site Admin and I am unable to reactivate it via the support portal because I am on the Free plan and the form redirects me to self-service options that do not work.
Could you please help me reactivate my site? Here are my details:

We're sorry to hear your Cloud Free site has been deactivated due to inactivity and you are getting errors.
Since the product has been inactive for a long period and deactivated (both your Confluence and Jira), it seems your site has also been deleted.
Data restores are not supported, and you can find more information about it here on our documentation: Can Atlassian’s RDS backups be used to roll back changes?
Even on a best effort to try recovering the data for deactivated sites, we have a very limited window to do it, and since its been some time from the deactivation date, unfortunately, we would not be able to help in this case.
If you have taken a backup, you can use it to import the data from the site/product into the new site.
