Hi Atlassian Support Team,
I received a notification that our Confluence app on richconnect.atlassian.net is being deactivated due to inactivity.
I would like to continue using this site and request your immediate assistance to reactivate the Confluence subscription and prevent any data loss.
I can still see the space name via the Atlassian Admin portal and can see the existing spaces, so I believe the data is still intact.

I checked with our internal team and would like to inform you that the subscription was cancelled on 12 Jan 2026 due to inactivity. Please note that we retain data for 14 days after cancellation. After this retention period, all app data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
