We are currently trying to switch to the free plan, which requires removing some members from the workspace. However, the administrator account created in Confluence is currently deactivated, so we are unable to manage users and change the plan.
Since we cannot access the administrator account, we are unable to remove members or manage billing. There should be no further charges, and we need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please reactivate the Confluence administrator account so that we can proceed with member management and plan changes.

This channel does not require a paid subscription or app admin rights, so you should be able to reach out to the official support team through here.

@조형진 Unfortunately, we (Atlassian Community) are unable to reactivate the administrator account from our end. This will need to be handled directly by Atlassian Support, as they are the only team that can assist with recovering or reactivating a deactivated site administrator account and help with billing or plan changes.
I have already raised this question with Atlassian Support on your behalf on this post; however, their response may take approximately 2–3 business days.
To expedite the process, you can also raise a support ticket directly through the Atlassian Support portal using https://support.atlassian.com/

I checked internally with the customer advocates team and they requested you to create a ticket through our Contact page , and selecting the "Account Login and Email Issues" field, so that the tech team can restore access to your existing Admin account. Unfortunately, they are unable to make any changes without a formal request from you as they will need to validate some details directly with you.
