Request to Delete Organization Created by Mistake

Hi Atlassian Support Team,

I accidentally created an Atlassian organization and added users, but I do not control the company domain associated with it. Because of this, I cannot verify the domain, and I am unable to delete the organization myself.

Could you please assist in deleting this organization? The organization is not actively being used, and no critical data needs to be preserved.

Here are the details of the organization:

Organization Name: verantos-team-r9appd1h

Account used to create the org: pratik.budruk@verantos.com

Deletion can be completed once you remove any associated domains (verification not required), cancel all products, and then use Delete organization from Organization settings > Profile

If you’re on annual billing, use Contact support to cancel the product first; deletion becomes available after the deactivation period (15 days, plus an additional 60 days on the improved billing experience)

If needed, an organization can be restored within 15 days after deletion by contacting support.

This is what I’m seeing in Domains — does this mean there’s no domain associated with Atlassian? Does it also mean I don’t have any domain to delete?
