Request - permanently delete organisation and account on free plan.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I tried Atlassian and decided not to use it. I have a free plan and tried to delete the organization and account. As described in many FAQs there seem to be some apps like rovo, projects, goals blocking the deletion. The FAQ says I should contact support, but there is no possibility for this in free plan mode.

So I hope this way will do it:
Please remove any remaining apps and delete the organization and delete the account.

Hello @DHrk 

We can see the site is indeed active because it still has the products Goals and Projects active.

Those products can be deleted by our billing and licensing team, and they can also help with the next steps to delete your site.
After the site is deleted, the Organization can be deleted as the last step.

For that, please raise a request directly with our billing and licensing team at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/.

It should allow you to raise a request even if you are on a free subscription.

Welcome to the Atlassian community. This is a user community where Atlassian product users help other users. As such we don't have access to your account to help you directly. We can provide advice though.

The general steps are:

  • Cancel you product subscriptions/trials
  • When the cancellations has been fully processed remove all users from your organization
  • Delete your organization
  • Delete your Atlassian Cloud user account.

Note: It can take some time for Atlassian to process your subscription cancellation requests.
