I tried Atlassian and decided not to use it. I have a free plan and tried to delete the organization and account. As described in many FAQs there seem to be some apps like rovo, projects, goals blocking the deletion. The FAQ says I should contact support, but there is no possibility for this in free plan mode.
So I hope this way will do it:
Please remove any remaining apps and delete the organization and delete the account.
Thanks, D.
Hello @DHrk
We can see the site is indeed active because it still has the products Goals and Projects active.
Those products can be deleted by our billing and licensing team, and they can also help with the next steps to delete your site.
After the site is deleted, the Organization can be deleted as the last step.
For that, please raise a request directly with our billing and licensing team at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/.
It should allow you to raise a request even if you are on a free subscription.
Regards,
Jessica
Hello Jessica,
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I’m running into an issue with the link you provided. When I follow the link to the purchasing and licensing page, I’m redirected to a FAQ/help section rather than a contact form or a way to submit a request. The links on that page seem to loop back to other help articles or portal areas, without offering a clear option to actually raise a ticket or get in touch with the billing and licensing team.
As a result, I’m currently unable to proceed with the request to delete the products (Goals and Projects) and ultimately the site and organization.
Could you please clarify:
At the moment, there doesn’t appear to be any accessible way to contact the team from my side, even though I understand this should also be possible on a free subscription.
Again, thank you for your valuable support and thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @DHrk
That should be URL to a form to create a request with our billing and licensing team. It should be under "how we can help you?" and selecting the topic and information necessary.
That should be possible to contact our billing and licensing team even with a Free subscription.
Since you are unable to open a request at this moment, we were able to create a request on your behalf, with the same email address used to open this thread as a reporter of the ticket. Please check on your email box for a ticket with "CA" and check it directly at the https://support.atlassian.com/requests to access it and see the latest replies from our team. :)
We should be reaching you soon there and asking for confirmation about the site and some information in order to proceed with the next steps.
Hope this helps, but let us know if you are still running into any issues with the ticket!
Regards,
Jessica

Hi @DHrk
Welcome to the Atlassian community. This is a user community where Atlassian product users help other users. As such we don't have access to your account to help you directly. We can provide advice though.
The general steps are:
Note: It can take some time for Atlassian to process your subscription cancellation requests.
Documentation for this process can be found at the following location plus the documents referenced in those instructions.
https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/
If there is a step you are unable to complete, provide us with information about which step it is and what is happening and we can try to guide you through that step.
Alternately you can contact the Atlassian Licensing support team by submitting the form here:
