Hi @Amara Lopez ,

Unfortunatly you're asking your question on a community led forum which aims to help users to resolve issues but we don't have access to your specific environment.

You'll have to reach out to your local IT/Conlfuence administrator to see if they can grant you access again.

If you have an internal IT servicedesk you might be best reaching out to them that way
