Registration error

Hi,

Some of my colleagues are struggling to sign up to JIRA and Confluence.

They all stop at the same step: 1. Confirm email, 2. Create a password, 3. Click "Sing up". Then it all freezes.

Any idea of what can be wrong?

This feels like a browser related issue or at least that's where I would start. If this is reproducible on multiple browsers I would recommend contacting Atlassian support so they can reproduce and assess.
