Referencing a piece of text on the same page

If I have a piece of text at the top of the page and I want to also show it at a different place on the same page how can I do it?

Welcome to the community! If you add it as a heading by selecting in the top left cover.

And add your text - it gives you a link to be referenced anywhere on the page/space or share that link.
