In the sub-page of Table A, the summary table needs to refer to the data of Table A; when the data in Table A is modified, the summary table automatically modifies the data.

Hi @Yongjie Chen ,

If to consider standard Confluence macros, then you can use Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros. You will be able to collect one-row tables into one big summary report - when the data into your source mini-tables changes, the report is automatically updated as well.

If you need to collect multiple-row tables, then we can suggest using our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

The add-on provides the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros that allow you to collect multiple-row tables and show various kinds of the source page metadata.

And you may also amplify the report with the help of our app: filter, aggregate and visualize your data, create a live dashboard right into Confluence.

Hi @Katerina Kovriga _Stiltsoft_ - I have a report page that pulls in data using the Table Excerpt / Table Include marcos.

It is awesome - BUT - I want to be able to export the page and include the table which has been created.  I know it is dynamic data but is there anyway I can export to Word or PDF?

Thanks,
Daniel

Hi @Daniel Parsons ,

Here is our documentation related to the exporting of macros and their results.

It seems to me that you have Confluence Cloud - the section regarding the whole page export does not work for Cloud due to its new editor limitations (there is a crossed-out "cloud symbol" in the header).

That's annoying. Is there no way to remove the limitations?

I'm afraid they are general Cloud issues - I mean the whole concept is based on iframes and other tricky things, so it is not possible at the moment.

As usual, we try not to differ Cloud and Server/DC versions of the app, if some features are not implemented, it means that they are not technically possible.
