Recommended Emails Missing Space Name

We recently upgraded to Confluence Server 7.11 and it seems to have had a negative impact on the Recommended Emails such that the space name is missing everywhere it would normally be. For example, the title of the email is now "Recommended in  for"... Notice the double space between in and for? There should be something there. The same is true for the heading in the email and the Go to link in the body of the email. Viewing the source of the email shows <o:p></o:p> where the space name should be.

I've looked at the config settings in the admin section for the Recommended Emails and it just has a couple options unrelated to this. Any thoughts on what could be causing this missing information?

I believe I've found the issue. It isn't missing a space name, rather the Site Title is missing. Looking into our Site Config, for some reason it was blank. It took 3 tried to get it to update to the correct name. Have to wait until the next round of Recommended Emails to know for certain if this is the fix.
