I manage the knowledge base system in my organization. It's a public KB, and most of its users are not system users. Lately, I've been receiving unclear notifications suggesting that some employees are registering to the system. However, when I check with them, they claim they haven't taken any action. Despite this, the system still sends me an email. Screenshot attached.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
It will be good to discuss it with Atlassian. Looks like a case for them. I requested for Atlassian support assistance here.
