Hello,

Read Confirmation option is not available anymore - it appeared 2 weeks ago.
Is there something that should be enabled/added so that I could have it available again?

Welcome to the community

Read conformation is not a Confluence ootb option.

This is an option from the marketplace app Comala.

Reasons could be that the app is not licensed anymore or has been removed from your instance or the function is not in the workflow from comala used in the pages .

If you are not a Confluence admin, please reach out to your Confluence Admin in your organisation.

Have them check the app and or settings of the app.
