We're sorry to hear your Confluence subscription is deactivated.
We can see it was deactivated recently, and some emails were sent to your email box about the inactivity and then the deactivation.
When a product/site is deactivated, all data is deleted along with the product for good.
I have checked internally, and although it is not supported, there is no options to restore your data, even on a best effort for a one-time exception. So in case your request was related to reactivate your Confluence along with the data within it, I'm afraid it might be not possible.
In case you are looking to reactivate your Confluence Cloud Free subscription, even with that in mind that your data might not be recovered anymore, you can raise a request directly with our licensing team here to add your Confluence product to your site: at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/
