Our Free Confluence account was deactivated in April this year. Its URL is tm-ac-atlassian.net. We let inactivity slide because we had no secretary who would have been responsible for the club's documents. Now I am secretary in charge of this. My question is this: could you/ can you please reactivate our account? Or has all info gone forever?
Thanks for any info, good or bad.
@Harmen W Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
According to this page, https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/:
Data retention period
The length of your app’s data retention period will depend on the plan and billing system. At the end of this data retention period, your app’s data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you want immediate deletion of your data, you can submit a request.

Since your account was deactivated in April, I would think that any content has been deleted and cannot be recovered.
