I didn't check my mail for a while and back in March I was warned that my account would be desactivated, since it was not consulted.
How can I reactivate the account as I have valuable archives saved there ?

We're sorry to hear your site and product was deactivated.
Since the deactivation happened back on March (2026-03-17), not only the product, but also the site was deleted due to the inactivity.
At this point, since its been some time since the deactivation, we would be unable to help restoring the data, even on a best effort basis, since the restore data is not supported.

However, if you have taken a backup of your data previously, you can create a new site and import the data into the new site.

I have notified the support team that is on here and they will reach out to you within 2 business days.
Once a site is deactivated the retention period is 60 days before data is permanently deleted, so it may not be possible to restore your instance. You can learn more about it in this KB.
