Re-subscribe previous account

hello.

We were using the Influence subscription, but the subscription expired due to a card payment problem.

We want to use my previous account (re-subscribe)

The registered card is currently available.

Please guide.

If you are the admin then you will need to login and update your payment details.  If you are not the admin you will work with the admin to update payment details.  Once your payment details are up to date you can restart your service.
