How can I rename the site name?

Updating URLs is available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You're unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free.

Hi @Genevieve Orozco,

Atlassian is currently working on a better process to rename sites. Contact support to see if you qualify.

In case you don't, a workaround may be to create a new site and backup / restore your site to the new instance.
