Re-activate my confluence account

My confluence account has been de-activated due to inactivity. 

I would like to re-activate my account it with the contents in-place.
Would like know how can I approach the re-activation process.

Hi @Ian Choy 

You generally cannot self‑reactivate a deactivated Confluence Cloud account, an admin or Atlassian Support must help, but your existing spaces/pages are usually preserved and can be restored as long as the site and account have not been permanently deleted
