I've got some really important stuff saved... I haven't used it for a while, so it's been deactivated... Can I recover this again??

Request ID: 55f29fd2abb747289f61821a829e1841

I don't know if this is right... but the address I want to restore is here.

Hello @재현현

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

It depends on when it was deactivated.

Atlassian holds on to the data for a very limited amount of time after deactivation so that it can be recovered. The longest I've heard of that being is 60 days.

You will need to contact Atlassian directly to find out if your subscription and data can be restored.

Complete and submit the form at this site

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Good luck!

Hey  @재현현 ,

As Trudy said, it depends on the timeline. Am I assuming we're here talking about the site on a free plan? If so, you can read more about Atlassian's data retention policies here: Track storage and move data across apps / What happens to Free plan apps if they're inactive for too long? 👈

If you are/were org admin, you could also try checking admin.atlassian.com to see what it says about the site status for that org.

Btw, for all automatic deactivations, you should have been notified via email in a couple of occurrences before the site(s) get deactivated:

If you’re a site admin, we’ll send you emails to let you know if your site has been inactive and is at risk of being deactivated.

Cheers,
Tobi
