Query regarding confluence (wiki page)

1. We are planning to upload all the project related documents into wiki page.

a. Wanted to know whether it is safe and secure to upload confidential documents in our project area?

b. Due to some reason if Jira gets crashed, how we will be able to retrive the documents uploaded in wikei page.?

c. Do you take regular back up of our user area and what it is freqency and ist it possible to retrive our data from the back up?

d. How and whom we need to contact in this type of situation or help regarding this?
