Progress on documents lost

I was working on my documents today on Confluence and the entire progress of my work is lost. There was no warning about all my progress is lost when I left the page and it is supposed to auto save my work every 30 seconds. Could you please advise on how to retrieve them back?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Thi Nguyen If you are lucky enough you might find them in Recent > Drafts from the navigation.
