Does anyone else have problems using the companion app?
Some of my team are having problems using the new companion app, and I wondered if the problems are unique to us?
User opens preview and edits in excel OK.
the file is downloaded into the companion app folder on his C drive OK.
He saves the file (either by closing excel or explicitly saving) and the C drive file is updated.
The browser however never changes to show 'ready to upload'.
He can quite happily drag and drop the file from the companion app folder on his C drive - so it's not a name change error.
I'm at a bit of a loss really and wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
