Problems with scroll word exporter

Hi,

When I'm trying to export a confluence page into a Word document wiht the Scroll Word Exporter I get a blank page into my template I have created.

This is not the case for all pages, just for a few.

Don't seem to find the reason for this.

Can you please help ?
