Problems with confluence key license in installation

During instalation the key license the aplicatio show me this Server Id: BAXF-8V5E-WGT-W0RQ, but when I try to get the license key from your web with this Server Id, the web returns an error: Invalid server Id.

Thank you for bringing this up to us! I just had a look at your account, and it looks like you were able to add the correct Server ID.

Can you please confirm if you're still having trouble? If so, you can contact the Billing & Licensing team directly, and they'll be able to give you a hand.
