Problem with screenshots uploaded to the Confluence page earlier

We have at least 2 cases when screenshots uploaded earlier to the Confluence page in our Space then have been changed itself to another (without somebody's participation).
We don't know from where Confluence takes these new ones.
And moreover, at this moment they have been changed in ALL previous page versions as well.

Anybody knows what can be the reason of it? 
And how can we get the previous version of the page in this case?

Hi,

same screenshot filename? Please check the attachments of the page & the attachment hierarchy. Maybe you'll find the older screenshots in an older version of the attachment.
