Could you let me know if this issue is happening in all browsers? Could you test it on other browsers and let me know the results?

Also, can you please request the users to try to

1. Log in using incognito/private browsing mode.
2. Clearing the browser's cache and cookies and trying once again.

3. Manual delete all Atlassian cookies in the browser and try once again.

4. If the error persists, please disable the Third-party Cookies, enable it, and try to log in again.

5. Finally, if all of the above fails, try adding these addresses to Trusted Sites:
