Problem with Collaborative editing

Hi,

I need resolving issue with Collaborative editing . I needed add to config

CATALINA_OPTS="-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8"
CATALINA_OPTS="-Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8"

export CATALINA_OPTS
export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
export LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8

because jira issue filter did not work with diacritic (č,š,ť). But now dont work Collaborative editing after change config setenv.sh with CATALINA_OPTS.

When I want save page, so confluence writing Unable communication with server. Saving not possible at the moment.

I fixing problem when switch Collaborative editing to Limited.

What must I do when I want Collaborative editing switch to "ON"??

My configuration

OS: centos 7

DB: postgresql 10 server encoding UTF8

Confluence version 7.4.9

Hi @Martin Šusta

We had similar issues with our instance and we had to get Atlassian Support on-line to configure the setenv.h file correctly.  I would open a ticket directly with Atlassian Support so that you can resolve this issue.
