I'm using confluence 7.5.1 - when I try to open an Excel, Word... I get the message that the Companion App should be installed. However, this is already installed. Various security questions have been activated. Confluence is accessed via https using VPN. Could ports be to blame - if so which ones would need to be opened here? Request for info - thank you
