Preview Unavailable for Attached Images on Tabs Macro

Hi there,

I've manually attached images which were from my local machine during the edit of my page onto the Tabs macro. The images are able to be viewed during the edit. However, once I updated the page, all the images go 'Preview unavailable'.

It would be great if some useful assistance can be shared from the community please.

@Jessica Wong I'm experiencing the exact same issue right now, have you since been able to solve it on your end?

Hi @Jessica Wong  and welcome to the community!

Is the problem persistent? Sometimes the Confluence re-indexing takes some time and that might explain why you don't see the preview.

If you leave the page for like 10 min and go back does that change anything?

Also, what type of image have you attached, jpg, eps, gif? It might be that Confluence doesn't handle certain filetypes.

Thank you for your response, I did as per your suggestion but the images are still not getting available after leaving it for a good 30 minutes. :/ The images are all in png format.

I have the same issue. The images disappear after a while. It was in png format

I'm experiencing the exact same issue and the images are in png format as well.
