Populate form fields based on logged in user count against license?

Pretty sure I know the answer is that anyone who can login, counts against the user count for the license, but thought I'd get confirmation in hopes that is wrong! Or possibly a different way to go about it?

This is for self-hosted Confluence Server

TLDR: For convenience sake autofill username/emails based on AD login for users that don't count against the user count for the license?

Longer version:

We have the starter 10 user license which is perfect for our current use case of a documentation vault.  We have created a public space available only internally that we can share out with users that have questions or need a how-to type guide.    So we can direct them there or share a link and they browse anonymously.

Since we utilize a different helpdesk ticketing system currently, I'd like to create a form on our public space where users can submit a ticket and it would just send their response to a specific email to generate the ticket. I am looking into Confiforms or Forms for Confluence.

It would be awesome to have their name and email address fields auto-populated.  Is this possible without needing to up our license?

Sidenote - A form to help schedule trainings would be a great asset as well.  Any quick thoughts on Confiorms vs Forms for Confluence or solution for that?  This probably needs its own thread.
