PluginResourceLocator (com.atlassian.plugin.webresource) not available with Confluence 9.2.1

Hello All, 

We are recently started upgrading Confluence from 8.5.31 version to 9.2.13. 
In our custom code plugin we are using com.atlassian.plugin.webresource.PluginResourceLocator to get downloadable images using DownloadableResource. 
We are not able to find this bean in 9 version. Any leads will be helpful.
