How do you know your subscription was deactivated?
Have you gone through the Billing Admin pages to check the subscription status?
How did your subscription get deactivated? Paid subscriptions are typically deactivated only if there is a billing problem. The Billing Admins/contacts should've been contacted if that is the case. Have you checked with those people?
