If you are an Org admin, you can follow this KB article to cancel a subscription.

I was cancelling subscriptions to several apps over several sites recently and the experience was rather inconsistent.

a) I had to request cancellation via Billing Support - I was redirected to that dedicated site I linked to

b) I had to tick-off a reason and was informed that my subscription will be cancelled on a specific day. No option to uninstall app.

c) I had to tick-off a reason and was able to uninstal an app immediately.

The funny thing was... experience A and C happened today... with ONE app on one site :) I didn't have time to fille a ticket, so I returned to the task just minutes ago following the same process ... just with the different result.

Hello, I tried to cancel the subscription to Confluence following this article https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/ 
but there's no "Cancel subscription" button.
