Please add ENV support for proxy setting (docker)

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: After upgrading Confluence, you are unable to create new pages or spaces

Can you please add ENV support for proxy setting to the docker version of confluence server? You already did this for Bitbucket server, see [1] and [2].
